Out and about in Los Angeles sans Samantha Ronson, Lindsay Lohan was spotted grabbing some lunch with a friend yesterday afternoon (March 13). The “Mean Girls” cutie looked to be enjoying herself as she dined at a Beverly Hills eatery, doing her best to ignore the swarming paparazzi.LiLo also made a stop at Gelsons market in Hollywood to pick up some groceries while she was out,
