iley Cyrus visits Hair Salon, Alerts Paparazzi

Nothing to see here ... but please, look at me anyway! A smiling, attention-loving Miley Cyrus heads to the B2V hair Salon in West Hollywood, California.She tipped off the paparazzi for her shopping date the other day, and it wouldn't surprise us if she did again here, despite how "casual" she's dressed. Looks to be flaunting her assets a little bit, doesn't she? We know it's pretty harmless.
