Slumdog wins its first Oscar; Beafouy bags best adapted screenplay Award

LA: Simon Beafouy has opened the account for SLumdog Millionaire, bagging the best adapted screenplay award at the 81st Academy awards in LA. Slumdog has 10 nominations and is also favourite to win best film, best director for Danny Boyle and best score for AR Rahman.
