Katie Holmes abandoned her customary glamorous look and appeared gaunt and thin as she spent a day out with her family on a private Brazilian island.The actress was clad in a fashionable asymmetrical swimsuit, but the cut of the costume only served to highlight her stick-thin figure and her unsupported bust.She also ditched her towering heels in favour of flip flops and her usual perfectly
